We will contact you to schedule the device delivery after you submit the donation form As we have limited funds, we would appreciate your kind support in covering the delivery costs!

Connect.ED collects the laptops from donors

Connect.ED sends the donated laptops to our refurbishing partner

Our refurbishing partner assesses the refurbishing and repairing cost

Laptops below the cost threshold will be refurbished and/or repaired Laptops above the refurbishing and/or repairment cost threshold will be sent to e-waste company
